We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.

Returns:

If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to our private kitchen, 910 Honour Industrial Centre, Chai Wan. The item must be returned in original packaging and you shall report the return by email to kissthedishhk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 63875582 within 24 hours.

Refund will be credited into customer’s credit card account within 2 weeks, if we confirmed that the item is faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the item to be faulty. In such case we will return the item to you.

We do not provide refund or replacement for any wine, Champagne or spirits.

Returns on glassware and accessories or for the reason of breakage will be impossible once the goods have been accepted by the customer.
